Job Description : Chief People Officer | Hospitality Group | Mediterranean | €180,000 Base + Bonus Chief People Officer for a leading hospitality group. The group operates multiple hotels and restaurants. They are transitioning into a more structured corporate environment and need a strong leader to build the framework, reporting structure and governance required to operate at the level of larger international players. This will require resilience, structure and a hands-on approach. You will need to build, implement and train.
