General Manager

Job Description : General Manager Role(For Expats)based in north Vietnam. - For an American company in manufacturing of precision instruments. - Will lead a thousand-person factory and be responsible for the entire P&L. REQUIREMENTS AND PERFERRED EXPEREINCE: • University degree in a related field or 20+ years of manufacturing experience • 15+ years of manufacturing experience with 8+ years of leadership experience, preferably within durable goods or appliances • Proven senior manufacturing leadership experience in a largescale, labor intensive manufacturing environment, preferably in consumer goods or complex assembly. • Demonstrated success leading large employee populations in Asia, with strong cultural awareness and people leadership capability. • Experience driving measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost performance. • Fluent English communication (written and verbal) required
