Job Description : STORE MANAGER DRC Retail Store Operations experienced retail professionals who bring strong operational expertise and leadership in large-format supermarket environments. Key Requirements • 10+ years of total professional experience with at least 3+ years in an FMCG supermarket in a similar role • Experience managing retail stores between 5,000 – 25,000 sq. ft. • Strong hands-on exposure to store operations, customer service, cash handling, inventory control, sales management, loss prevention, and shrinkage control • Good understanding of product display, merchandising, and staff training • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP • Graduate with a stable career track record • Immediate joiners will be given preference
