Job Description : Branch Manager (Open to Indian/Lebanese/Syrian candidates) Industry preferred: Cosmetics Industry Location: Abuja, Nigeria Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage our Abuja operations within the cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing branch operations, leading the local team, and ensuring strong market presence and brand performance. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth business activities • Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets • Manage and develop the local sales and operations team • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners • Implement company strategies and ensure brand standards are maintained • Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and supply chain coordination • Prepare performance reports and provide market insights to management • Ensure compliance with company policies and local business regulations Requirements & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field • 10+ years experience in the cosmetics industry, including 3+ years in a managerial role • Previous experience in cosmetics or personal care industry is mandatory. • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills • Proven track record in sales growth and branch operations management • Good communication skills in English
