Job Description : PRODUCTION HEAD GHANA FOR AGRI COMMODITIES Developing the annual budget and updating production forecasts, ensuring accurate volumes and cost calculations. Rigorously monitoring operating costs throughout the year to guarantee competitive production costs. Ensuring the smooth operation of services closely linked to production and creating a favorable environment for production and operations in general. Meeting commercial demand in terms of volume, quality, and segmentation. Ensuring the proper use of the Group's production software to guarantee data reliability and the analysis of key production and consumption indicators. Leveraging production data to optimize production, anticipate risks, and update production forecasts (short, medium, and long term). Guaranteeing compliance with social and environmental quality standards and regulations, in accordance with the most demanding certifications. Promoting the continuous improvement of working conditions. Developing investment budgets and monitoring their implementation. Plan the resources and organizations needed for agronomic, technical and logistical support services. With a degree in agronomy or agriculture, you have at least 10 years of experience in agricultural production, ideally in an international environment. Possessing strong operational skills, you have demonstrated organizational, planning, and analytical abilities. You have successfully led multidisciplinary teams.
