Job Description : Head of HR (Global Construction) INDIA/UAE 15-20 years · Strategic Leadership: Lead end-to-end HR operations and organizational design for a large-scale construction workforce across India and Dubai (GCC). · Talent & Mobilization: Spearhead executive hiring and the mass mobilization of multi-site blue-collar and white-collar teams across international borders. · Regulatory Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with UAE Labour Law (MOHRE/WPS) and Indian Statutory Acts (PF, ESIC, CLRA) across all project sites. · Performance & Culture: Implement robust KPI frameworks and HRMS solutions to drive productivity and align multi-location teams with corporate business goals. · Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic advisor to the Board/CEO on manpower budgeting, industrial relations, and cross-border HR policy integration.
