Job Description : Chief Operating Officer – Retail Pharmacy | South Africa We are currently partnering with a leading pharmaceutical group to hire a Chief Operating Officer (Retail Pharmacy) to be based in South Africa. The role will lead the overall retail pharmacy operations, with full responsibility for P&L, network expansion, operational excellence, and profitability across the pharmacy business. Key Requirements: • Proven leadership experience in Retail Pharmacy Operations • Strong exposure to P&L management for a multi-store pharmacy network • Experience in scaling retail pharmacy businesses and driving operational efficiencies • Ability to lead large teams across sales, operations, and supply chain Leaders currently working with large pharmacy chains will be highly relevant.
