Job Description : CEO CANADA International candidates welcome CEO - Exploration & Production (Upstream) Education - BE / B Tech (Petroleum/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Geology/ Production/ Energy) Experience - 20+ Years in Exploration & Production with Owner company Role Integral and leading part of the upstream leadership team and part of the decision making group with a focus on Technical, Commercial, Finance, Business Development, Site Project activities and C&P activities of Upstream Business. Drive Company’s strategy, growth, financial and operational performance, manage key external stakeholders, oversee organizational development, steer business development and drive enterprise risk management. Responsibilities: 1 - Technical 2 - Commercial, Finance and Legal 3 - Business Development 4 - Contract and Procurement 5 - Implementation of Corporate Governance and Coordination with Regulators / External Agencies 6 - HR & Infrastructure 7 - P&L Note - Recently retired personnel also considerable if having good health and matching the requirement criteria.
