Job Description : Plant Head / Operations Head – Beverage / Dairy AUSTRALIA Open to International candidates Industry Preference: Beverage / Beverage + Dairy Experience: 15–20 Years Education: BE / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering / Food Technology) Location: As per company requirement Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant Head / Operations Head with strong exposure in Beverage or Beverage + Dairy manufacturing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in setting up and commissioning beverage/dairy plants along with managing complete plant operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain. Experience in setting up, installation, and commissioning of Beverage / Dairy manufacturing plant. Ensure smooth day-to-day production planning and operational efficiency. Obtain and manage certifications, statutory approvals, licenses, and compliance requirements ( Maintain quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with clients and external stakeholders. Lead and manage plant teams with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Monitor budgets, cost control, and overall plant performance.
