Location: Mumbai – Head Office ???? Experience: 20+ Years Job Purpose The Head – Industrial Relations & Administration will be responsible for managing industrial relations, statutory compliance, employee relations, and administrative operations across the organization. This role will focus on maintaining harmonious labour relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, managing union interactions, and overseeing corporate administration and facility management for the Head Office as well as branch locations. Qualifications • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources / Industrial Relations • Master’s Degree in Labour Welfare / Social Work (MLW / MSW) – Preferred • Additional certification in Labour Laws / Compliance will be an added advantage Experience • 20+ years of experience in Industrial Relations and Administration • Strong experience in Infrastructure, or EPC sectors • Proven experience in handling labour unions and government authorities
