Job Description : GM – NPD (Program Management) | Automotive Industry | POLAND Open to International candidates A leading Automotive Manufacturing organization is looking to hire an experienced General Manager – NPD (Program Management) to lead new product development programs and ensure successful product launches within the automotive components business. ???? Preferred Background: Aluminium Die Casting We are looking for senior professionals with strong experience in New Product Development (NPD) and Program Management within automotive manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end NPD programs from concept to production. • Manage program timelines, milestones, and cross-functional coordination. • Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches. • Interface with automotive OEM customers on program progress and technical requirements. • Ensure adherence to automotive product development processes such as APQP, PPAP, and FMEA. • Drive smooth transition from product development to manufacturing. Candidate Requirements 25 years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing ? Strong expertise in NPD and Program Management ? Preferred experience in Aluminium Die Casting ? Exposure to automotive component development and OEM programs ? Strong cross-functional leadership and project management skills ???? Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy or related engineering discipline.
