Job Description : Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Manufacturing | New Delhi A well-established and rapidly growing manufacturing organization is looking to appoint a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company into its next phase of growth and transformation. Key Requirements Experience: Minimum 25+ years in Manufacturing / Industrial sector Age: Below 55 years Proven experience in leading large manufacturing operations and multi-plant environments Strong track record of driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and profitability Expertise in P&L management, business expansion, and strategic planning Ability to build and lead high-performing leadership teams Role Responsibilities Define and execute the company’s strategic vision and growth roadmap Drive business expansion, operational efficiency, and profitability Lead manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality, and cost optimization Strengthen corporate governance and leadership culture Build relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and partners CTC: Around ?1.5 Crore per annum (negotiable for the right candidate)
