Job Description : Production Manager profile vacant with Leading Integrated Cement Plant for Tanzania location Education: BSC Chemistry or BE Chemical Exp: Min 15 Years Family Status + Schooling + Accomodation + Medical + Travel ticket & Visa Technical & Process Expertise Deep knowledge of: o Raw Mix design & proportioning o Heat & Mass Balance calculations o Kiln pyro-processing & clinkerization chemistry o VRM and Ball Mill operation & optimization o Coal mill operation and fuel optimization o Clinker cooler efficiency improvement o Strong understanding of: o Refractory selection, installation & performance monitoring o Grinding media optimization o Dust collectors, ESPs & Bag Filters o Alternative fuels & thermal substitution rate (TSR) · Working knowledge of: o QCX / Laboratory systems o DCS/PLC based process control systems o Cement quality standards & statutory norms o ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 systems Operational & Leadership Capabilities · Strong cross-functional coordination with: o Mines o Maintenance (Mechanical + E&I) o Quality Control o Purchase & Stores o Finance · Proven track record of: o Reducing Heat Consumption (kCal/kg clinker) o Reducing Power Consumption (kWh/ton cement) o Increasing Kiln availability & output · Budget preparation and cost optimization skills. · Strong MIS, ERP and KPI monitoring capability. Production Planning & Execution · Ensure daily, monthly & annual production targets for: o Limestone crushing o Raw Mill o Kiln & Pyro section o Cement grinding · Optimize kiln feed chemistry and ensure stable operation. · Maintain clinker factor and cement blending targets. · Coordinate closely with Mines team for raw material availability and quality alignment. · Ensure plant runs at optimum rated capacity with maximum reliability.
