20 yearsJob Description : GM UAE The General Manager - Fashion is responsible for developing and executing the brands omni channel strategy, setting commercial targets, and managing budgets in alignment with the groups short- and long-term vision. They drive brand growth while optimizing current operations across retail, wholesale, marketplace, eCOM ensuring seamless integration between online and offline touchpoints. The role also requires strong product acumen and a fashion-forward mindset, ensuring deep understanding of brand DNA, assortment needs, and market fashion trends to deliver exceptional customer experiences and sustained commercial and financial success. Your responsibilities will be to: Develop and execute the long-term vision for the brand’s omnichannel and hybrid network, seamlessly integrating offline and online touchpoints. Strengthen brand positioning by optimizing the physical and digital network, driving strategic renovations and closures, and leading all digital investments across eCommerce, apps, and in-store solutions Drive profitability by maximizing OPEX/CAPEX efficiency, ensuring accurate store-level IRR, and rigorously tracking financial performance. Lead and elevate the end-to-end hybrid customer journey, leveraging digital innovation to build, engage, and sustain a loyal brand community. Build strong partnerships with brand principals and key stakeholders to accelerate strategic growth. Shape and oversee the brand marketing strategy, ensuring cohesive storytelling, impactful campaigns, and 360° activation across retail, digital, social, CRM, and media platforms to accelerate brand equity and customer acquisition. Lead the overall distribution business, identifying, evaluating, and expanding wholesale and alternative distribution opportunities that strengthen market presence, unlock incremental growth. Identify CX gaps and implement forward-looking strategies aligned with evolving customer expectations. Has strong product and assortment understanding, grounded in brand DNA, fashion trend awareness, ensuring the brand delivers the right collections, anticipates customer preferences, and drives both commercial performance and brand desirability What You'll Need To Succeed 10+ years of experience, including 5+ in senior leadership roles Strong digital, CRM and CX design experience Hybrid retail & eCommerce expertise Financial rigor and commercial discipline Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capability Fashion-forward with strong product & assortment acumen Experience managing demanding brand/principal relationships Ability to influence without authority Ability to energize, motivate, and lead teams Inspirational, self-aware leader with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
