Job Description : Head of Sales – Premium Automotive Brand UAE A leading automotive group is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead the national sales operation for a premium automotive brand portfolio. This senior leadership role will be responsible for driving sales growth, market share and dealer network performance, while aligning local strategy with OEM objectives. Key requirements: • 10+ years’ automotive industry experience • 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role • Strong dealer network and OEM relationship management experience • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and market share • Arabic and English preferred Package includes: Competitive basic salary + housing allowance, transportation allowance, performance bonus, medical insurance and education allowance.
