Job Description : CEO TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO FOR FLOUR MILLING CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER National Flour Mills Limited (NFM) is a publicly listed food manufacturing company and the leading flour milling, dry mix and animal feed producer in Trinidad and Tobago. The Company serves domestic and regional markets and is expanding to presence across Caribbean and international export markets. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the strategic direction and overall performance of the Company, driving growth, profitability and expansion into regional and international export markets. The successful candidate will oversee efficient manufacturing and supply chain operations while ensuring strong financial management and governance. The CEO will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing organization that delivers innovation, operational excellence and sustainable value for stakeholders. Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience 1. A postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Natural Science or a related discipline. 2. At least 18 years of senior executive leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing, food processing, Fast Moving Consumable Goods (FMCGs), or agro-industrial sectors. 3. Proven experience leading large organisations with complex operations. 4. Demonstrated success in export market development and regional business expansion. 5. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chains and international trade. 6. Experience working with boards of directors and corporate governance frameworks. 7. Experience in publicly listed companies or large regional enterprises would be an asset.
