Regional HR Manager

Job Description : Regional HR Manager – West Africa ???? global leader in plant-based oils, in the search for a Regional HR Manager to lead their West Africa HR agenda. This is a strategic leadership role, based in Cotonou Benin, overseeing HR across Ghana, Benin, Burkina Faso and Ivory Coast, and acting as a key member of the regional leadership team. We are looking for an experienced HR leader with: • 8+ years in senior HR roles within international/matrix organizations • Strong background in industrial, FMCG or manufacturing environments • Proven experience driving transformation and organizational development • Fluency in English and French • Solid understanding of West African business realities
