PROCUREMENT AND LOGISTICS MANAGER

Job Description : PROCUREMENT AND LOGISTICS MANAGER ESWATINI, SOUTHERN AFRICA GVPR Engineers Limited is looking for an experienced Procurement & Logistics Manager to support our Water & Irrigation MS Pipeline Project in Eswatini, Africa. The candidate will be responsible for managing procurement operations, vendor coordination, logistics planning, and material supply to ensure smooth execution of the project. Handle end-to-end procurement activities for MS pipeline and related construction materials. • Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors and suppliers for project requirements. • Prepare RFQs, purchase orders, and contract agreements with suppliers. • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to meet project schedules. • Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, and vendors for material planning. • Manage international logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and transportation to project site. • Monitor inventory, material consumption, and stock levels at site. • Ensure procurement is done as per project budget and cost control guidelines. • Maintain procurement documentation, vendor records, and compliance reports. • Handle negotiations with suppliers to achieve best pricing and delivery terms. Strong experience in procurement for infrastructure / pipeline / irrigation projects • Knowledge of MS Pipeline materials, valves, fittings, and construction equipment • Experience in international logistics and supply chain management • Vendor negotiation and contract management skills • Good coordination and communication abilities Preferred Industry Experience Water Supply Projects • Irrigation Projects • MS Pipeline Projects • Infrastructure / EPC Projects
