Employment Type: Full-Time ????Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field • 8+ years of hands-on experience in peanut butter and/or jam manufacturing • Strong knowledge of emulsifiers, stabilizers, and pectin systems • Understanding of oil stability and aflatoxin control in peanut processing • Experience in FMCG production environments • Experience with machinery selection or plant setup will be an advantage
