Job Description : RETAIL HEAD UAE APPAREL Retail Head / Business Head (UAE) Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, profitability, and market share across all retail outlets. Financial Management: Manage full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization for the brand portfolio. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and high-quality customer service. Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff to build a high-performing team, providing ongoing feedback and performance coaching. Merchandising & Inventory: Monitor inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and visual merchandising to ensure optimal product availability and presentation. Market Analysis: Stay updated on UAE market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to drive innovation and adapt strategies. Requirements Experience: Minimum 18+ years of experience in retail management, specifically with multi-store operations in the UAE. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Retail Management; an MBA is preferred. Skills: Strong analytical, financial, and leadership skills.
