Experience Required: 18+ Years (Preferably in Cement Industry) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly disciplined Chief Security Officer to lead and manage all security operations at our CW Plant in Chandrapur. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in cement manufacturing plant security, risk management, and industrial safety. The role involves developing robust security systems to safeguard plant assets, personnel, and operations. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage overall plant security operations including access control, surveillance, and emergency response. • Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and risk mitigation strategies. • Supervise and train security personnel, guards, and contractors. • Monitor CCTV systems, gate management, and material movement controls. • Coordinate with local law enforcement authorities and regulatory agencies when required. • Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and incident investigations. • Ensure protection of plant assets, raw materials, finished goods, and employees. • Maintain compliance with company policies and statutory security regulations. • Handle crisis management and emergency situations effectively. Candidate Requirements • Mandatory: Experience in cement manufacturing plants. • 12–18+ years of security management experience in industrial environments. • Preference for Ex-Army / Ex-Paramilitary / Industrial Security Professionals. • Strong leadership, discipline, and crisis management skills. • Experience handling large plant security teams and contractor security staff. • Knowledge of industrial safety standards and surveillance systems. Education • Graduate in any discipline. • Additional certifications in Industrial Security / Safety Management will be an advantage.
