Job Description : Quarry Manager | Limestone Mine | DRC Quarry Manager to lead daily mining operations and oversee quarry production, safety, and workforce management. Key Responsibilities • Supervise quarry operations including drilling, blasting, hauling, crushing, and stripping • Lead and develop quarry personnel and equipment operators • Ensure strict MSHA safety compliance and conduct safety meetings and site inspections • Manage quarry equipment operations including crushers, loaders, haul trucks, and conveyors • Monitor production, inventory levels, and operational efficiency Qualifications • 15+ years quarry or mining operations experience • 2+ years supervisory or management experience • Strong knowledge of MSHA regulations and mining safety practices • Experience working with heavy quarry equipment preferred
