Job Description : Country Sales Manager – Retail & Service Centers - East Africa????? We are looking for a Country Sales Manager – Retail & Service Centers to spearhead our Retail showroom andService Center business. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, you will hold the keys to our retail strategy—driving top-line growth, ensuring world-class customer experiences, and maintaining rigorous operational controls. In this role, you aren’t just managing locations; you are building a brand. You will oversee direct and retail showroom sales while taking full responsibility for profitability, SOP implementation, and leakage control. Drive Growth: Lead the Service Center business through direct sales and retail showrooms to hit ambitious EBIT and volume targets. Operational Mastery: Manage Opex/Capex, optimize working capital, and ensure 100% inventory accuracy (SAP reconciliation). Strategic Marketing: Collaborate on BTL activities, exhibitions, and technical seminars to convert the market and enhance our digital footprint. Portfolio Expansion: Cross-sell and up-sell premium group products, including steel long products and Safbuild solutions. Quality & Compliance: Maintain a consistent brand "look and feel" across all touchpoints while upholding strict EHS and machine maintenance standards.
