Job Description : Senior Manager – Plant & Equipment (Refinery Project) NIGERIA We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Manager – Plant & Equipment to join our refinery project team. The candidate should have strong expertise in managing construction plant & machinery and ensuring smooth equipment operations at site. Key Responsibilities: Planning, mobilization, and deployment of construction plant & machinery. Monitoring equipment availability, utilization, and productivity. Coordination with hire vendors for equipment mobilization and management. Verification of hired equipment log sheets, hire bills, and documentation. Implementation of preventive maintenance and breakdown management. Managing mechanical teams, operators, and technicians. Maintaining equipment data, utilization reports, and documentation in NWAY ERP. Requirements: 12–15 years of experience in Plant & Machinery management (Infrastructure / Refinery / Construction projects). Strong experience in hire vendor coordination. Good knowledge of NWAY ERP. Strong leadership and site management skills.
