Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Hotels | Zanzibar Tanzania An exciting opportunity for an experienced CFO to lead financial strategy and operations for 2 hotels in Zanzibar. Key Responsibilities • Lead financial strategy, planning, and budgeting • Establish financial systems and controls during the pre-opening phase • Oversee accounting, reporting, treasury, and cash flow • Ensure compliance with Tanzanian regulations and audit standards • Build and lead the finance teams for both properties Requirements • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred • 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience • Strong hotel pre-opening experience preferred • Proven ability to manage multi-property financial operations Start Date: ASAP Salary: USD $4,500 – $6,000 net/month + expatriate benefits (accommodation, flights, relocation support)
