Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Construction & Industrial Group Salary : AED 80,000 pm Location : Dubai A regional construction and industrial group based in Dubai is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. Reporting to the Board of Directors and Group CEO, the CFO will lead financial strategy, governance, capital management, and operational finance across multiple business units including construction, tents manufacturing, mobile halls, and temporary structures. Ideal Candidate 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience Strong background in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or project-based industries Deep expertise in project finance, WIP accounting, and contract-driven revenue models Experience managing multi-entity or multi-country operations Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making capabilities
