We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer with a hands-on approach to leadership and a genuine passion for people, performance, persistence and positioning. The Chief Operating Officer will provide strategic leadership and oversee the end-to-end operational performance of the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can hit the ground running, and is driven to deliver operational excellence and growth. All About you: You’re an experienced operational leader with a proven track record of managing and optimising multiple business functions. Strategic and forward-thinking, you know how to turn plans into action, driving measurable improvements in efficiency, performance, and service quality. Your leadership style inspires collaboration across teams, supported by excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and risk management. You bring strong analytical ability, sound judgement, and a talent for resource optimisation. Holding a relevant degree (with an MBA or advanced qualification as an advantage), you ideally have experience within technical services, engineering, logistics, or other service-based sectors.
