Job Description Develop and execute a financial strategy aligned with business goals. Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis. Ensure strong internal controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Present financial reports and insights to the Board and senior leadership. Optimize capital structure, working capital, and cash flow strategic planning management. Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, tax, and audit requirements. Strengthen corporate governance and financial transparency standards.
