Job Description Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity Develop and implement operational strategies and drive continuous improvement projects to meet business goals Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to maintain quality standards Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and communication Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities Lead, mentor and manage a team to achieve operational excellence Prepare and present performance reports to senior management The Successful Applicant Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Technology Strong background in the Oil & Gas/ Energy and manufacturing sector Proven expertise in managing operations and optimising processes Knowledge of CNC machining and Lean Six Sigma Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and manufacturing practices Ability to lead and develop teams effectively Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
