EXTRUSION PRODUCTION DIRECTOR

Job Description : EXTRUSION PRODUCTION DIRECTOR ALGERIA You are responsible for the following tasks: Manage production operations and coordinate with the maintenance and quality departments Monitor production activity (production dashboards, incident reports, quality...) Contribute to the development and optimization of production processes Centralize all incidents (anomalies, collection of information and causes of observed malfunctions) and resolve them Define and implement the necessary corrections (waste, compliance, etc.) Providing training to teams on technical advances, skills transfer, as well as quality, safety and environmental standards. Define training needs to enable skills development for the entire team. Steering, evaluating and managing production staff (information, setting objectives, organizing activities, technical assistance, safety) Raise awareness among your team regarding the requirements of ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 standards. The Successful Applicant With a higher education degree, you have at least 10 years of experience in flat sheet extrusion, particularly in thermoformed sheet processing. You have managed multidisciplinary teams and successfully developed the skills of industrial teams.
