Job Description : REGIONAL CFO EAST AFRICA OUT OF KENYA an international organization operating in the mobility and heavy equipment sector, with multi?country operations and a growing presence in East Africa. Job Description Oversee and manage all financial activities of the organization Define and implement policies for efficient financial resource management Ensure the structuring and optimization of financial support functions Develop sustainable financial processes supporting business growth Lead budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and accounting requirements Support senior leadership in defining and executing the financial strategy The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, with proven experience in financial management or leadership roles and strong proficiency in IT tools and financial systems. The role requires residency in Kenya, fluency in English. A solid understanding of the heavy equipment and mobility sector is essential.
