Job Description : Plastic Injection Moulding Maintenance Engineer ???????????????????????????????????? - Nigeria ???????????????????????????????????? - Plastic Manufacturing ???????????? ???????????????????? & ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????: 1 Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on injection moulding machines (Milacron, Haitian, Zhafir, Engel; 80T–1300T), ensuring smooth and reliable production operations. 2 Diagnose and resolve hydraulic, electrical, servo, induction, and machine software issues, including troubleshooting control panels, PLC signals, drives, sensors, heaters, and safety circuits. 3 Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems including 24V control circuits, single-phase and three-phase power systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation. 4 Maintain hydraulic systems and auxiliary equipment such as hopper loaders, material feeding systems, dryers, chillers, and related peripherals, ensuring proper integration with machines. 5 Support production efficiency by minimizing downtime, maintaining daily machine efficiency above 85%, implementing corrective actions, maintaining records, and handling local operational timing requirements
