Job Description : Shop Managers – Qatar ???????? A leading multinational retail group is looking to recruit experienced Shop Managers to lead stores operations in Qatar. This role is ideal for a commercially driven retail leader who can deliver exceptional customer experiences while maximizing sales and profitability. Key Responsibilities: -Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs, targets, and profitability objectives -Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities -Ensure outstanding customer service and build long-term customer loyalty -Oversee inventory management, stock control, transfers, and shrinkage -Analyze sales data (hourly, daily, weekly) and manage replenishment and collection rotation -Manage store image, visual standards, cleanliness, and maintenance -Control budgets, monitor costs, and report variances -Prepare staff schedules aligned with traffic, targets, and operational needs -Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the team to maximize performance and engagement Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in a related field -8+ years of retail experience -Minimum 2 years in a managerial role -Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills -Proven leadership and team development capability -Proficiency in MS Office -Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) Notice period of less than one month is a strong advantage
