Job Description : HR DIRECTOR SENEGAL A leading international distribution group, our client is pursuing sustained growth across the African continent. Present in several countries, the group is developing a diversified portfolio of activities, with a firm commitment to deploying high standards of quality, organization, and customer experience. Reporting to the General Manager Africa, the HR Director is a true business partner, responsible for structuring, securing and professionalizing the HR function with your HR team across several countries. Define and deploy the continental HR strategy in alignment with the group's standards. Supporting the growth and structuring of local teams. Ensuring HR excellence: recruitment, development, training, performance, compliance, integrity. Implementing robust practices in multi-country and multicultural environments. To intervene as close as possible to the field and to play a leading role in the Regional Management Committee, in collaboration with your HR team. The Successful Applicant You have a proven track record in international or multi-site environments where you have led the HR function in demanding and rapidly growing contexts. You are fluent in English and comfortable working within a global group, collaborating with multi-country teams and managers. A strong leader, you combine strategic vision with operational acumen, employing a pragmatic and results-oriented approach. Recognized for your influence, integrity, and ability to drive transformation, you are skilled at implementing international HR standards and supporting the organization's overall performance.
