The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in launching -scaling Organic / Natural products,FMCG, agriculture supply chains or wellness sector with an ability to translate market opportunities into market opportunities into a profitable and sustainable business model. The role requires a leader who can build and scale a category from ground up, establish strong farmer networks and sourcing ecosystem and created a differentated brand .
