Job Description : Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) | FMCG ???? POLAND BASED | Regional Responsibility: Europe & Middle East We are looking for a "Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)", based in POLAND, to lead the global commercial agenda of a fast-growing international FMCG organization with operations across Poland, Spain, and the Middle East. This is a key executive leadership role responsible for driving the company’s global commercial strategy, accelerating international growth, and strengthening the organization’s market leadership across multiple regions. In this strategic role, the CCO will shape and execute the company’s regional growth strategy, accelerate revenue performance, strengthen market positioning, and expand the organization’s commercial footprint across international markets.The role will oversee Commercial, HoReCa, Retail, and Key Account Management, ensuring strong alignment between commercial strategy and market execution while building scalable and high-impact go-to-market models across diverse regions. The CCO will also hold responsibility for overall commercial performance and P&L across key markets, driving revenue growth, optimizing pricing and margin strategies, and identifying new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to support the company’s international expansion. Working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, the successful candidate will play a critical role in building high-performing commercial teams and strengthening the company’s competitive position in dynamic FMCG markets. The ideal candidate is a visionary commercial leader with a proven track record in senior leadership roles within the FMCG sector, ideally with experience managing multi-country operations across Europe and the Middle East, building high-performing multicultural teams, and delivering measurable business growth.
