This role will be responsible for shaping commercial direction and driving growth across sectors such as logistics, warehousing, transport, contracting, real estate, and related services within the UAE and wider GCC region. Core Responsibilities Formulate and roll out integrated sales strategies to achieve consistent and scalable business growth. Source and secure high-value deals, large-scale projects, and strategic collaborations. Manage end-to-end commercial activities including bid submissions, pricing models, and agreement finalization. Strengthen market reach by targeting new sectors, government-linked projects, and key corporate clients. Develop and guide a results-driven sales force across multiple business verticals. Partner with executive leadership to align commercial initiatives with operational capabilities and financial objectives. Track industry movements, competitor positioning, and new investment avenues to maintain a competitive edge. Ideal Candidate Profile 12-15+ years of progressive experience in senior sales roles within industries such as logistics, infrastructure, contracting, or real estate. Strong track record of delivering revenue targets and closing complex, high-value transactions. In-depth knowledge of commercial planning, tender processes, and contract structuring. Established professional network within UAE/GCC markets. Strong leadership presence with excellent negotiation and business growth skills.
