Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Polymer / Production Engineering ???? Job Summary We are looking for an experienced PET Section In Charge to oversee PET preform injection and bottle blowing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in PET processing, machine handling, and team management. ???? Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end PET section operations (Injection & Blow Molding) • Manage production planning and achieve daily/weekly targets • Ensure optimal machine utilization and minimize downtime • Supervise and train operators and technicians • Monitor quality parameters for preforms and bottles • Ensure preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of PET machines • Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction • Maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards ???? Key Skills Required • Hands-on experience with PET Injection & Blow Molding Machines (Husky, SIPA, ASB, etc.) • Knowledge of preform and bottle quality standards • Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills • Team handling and shift management experience • Understanding of utilities (air compressors, chillers, dryers) ???? Preferred Experience • Experience in African countries is an advantage • Background in Beverage / FMCG / Packaging industry • Exposure to high-speed production lines
