Job Description : FC NIGERIA Finance Controller Location: Lagos, Nigeria Mandatory Industry: Manufacturing We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Finance Controller to lead the finance function. The role involves ensuring financial data integrity, managing manufacturing costs, and providing actionable insights to support business growth. Oversee manufacturing finance, including inventory valuation, raw material costing, and production variance analysis Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures and prepare accurate financial statements Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and audits Establish and strengthen internal controls and financial processes Manage working capital, MIS reporting, and financial analysis Supervise and guide the accounts and finance team Strong experience in manufacturing finance (mandatory) Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Tally (essential) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership Educational Qualification CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
