Job Description : Business Head – Feed Industry (Poultry & Aqua Feed) ???? Location: West Africa ???? Industry: Animal Feed Manufacturing (Poultry & Fish Feed) ???? Role: Business Head / GM Level ???? JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a seasoned Techno-Commercial Leader to head our Poultry & Aqua Feed business. This role will be responsible for leading a newly acquired manufacturing unit and driving a greenfield project from the ground up. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in poultry feed and/or fish feed. ???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ? Lead end-to-end business operations including P&L management ? Set up and scale feed manufacturing operations ? Develop and execute business growth strategies ? Build and manage distribution networks & key customer relationships ? Oversee plant operations, production, and supply chain ? Drive technical + commercial alignment across functions ???? CANDIDATE PROFILE ? 18–25 years of experience in poultry feed / aqua feed industry ? Currently at GM / Business Head / Unit Head level ? Strong Techno-Commercial background ? Experience in feed mill operations & market expansion ? Must be open to international relocation (Africa)
