Job Description : Technical Manager – Automotive Dealership ????– Kinshasa???????? An established car dealership company in Kinshasa is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to oversee workshop operations, vehicle repairs, and spare parts management for Mazda and Hyundai vehicles. Fluency in French is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the automotive workshop, ensuring efficient vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. Supervise and support mechanics and technical staff to maintain high service quality and productivity. Oversee spare parts inventory, procurement, and stock control to ensure timely availability of components. Ensure compliance with manufacturer technical standards and safety procedures. Monitor service performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to enhance after-sales support and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience as a Technical Manager / Workshop Manager in the automotive sector. Strong technical knowledge of Mazda and Hyundai vehicles is highly preferred. Experience in diagnostics systems, workshop planning, and spare parts management. Fluent French (spoken and written) is essential. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
