Job Description : BRANCH MANAGER SENEGAL FOR FMCG 8-10 years experience o manage operations in Senegal, he would be involved in all aspects of running the business from sales, admin, logistics to finance. Roles and Responsibilities · Manage Wholesale and Semi-Wholesale customers with the local sales representative. o Ensuring customer accounts and outstanding match o Following up to ensure payments - mostly cash terms (1-2 day) or maximum on consignment o Tracking stocks at customer shops to ensure sold stocks are paid for (difference in stock versus outstanding) o Some products need repacking, and specific processing before deliveries, which would require physically coordinating these tasks. o Processing day to day invoices, payment collections and account entries on ERP software. · Warehouse management o Processing deliveries for day to day orders o Responsibility for warehouse - security, cleanliness, hygiene. Specially for food warehouse, ensuring scheduled pest controls, and deep cleaning is done. o Monitoring and tracking ageing stock , near expiry and updating the team to push these items out fo stock o Recieving inward shipments, matching packing lists against physical stock received - updating Dubai office on discrepancies. · Join the team in managing and maintaining cash flow and entering expenses. push for maximum cost efficiency in operational and admin costs. · Market Research Tasks - Frequently tasks will include to investigate various topics from market price study, consumer preferences to economic data that will involve field research and preparing mini reports of the data collected. · Following and maintaining local tax, staff contracts and import duty expenses, processes and documents : o Maintaining and scanning into cloud of all relevant documents o Ensuring expenses quoted for expenses are verified before paying o Tracking accounts and balances for these parties o Ensuring we are aware of the legal requirements and consequences Desired Candidate Profile · Previous experience working in Francophone African countries · Must know how to speak French fluently · Be physically active, for example riding a motorbike, coordinating deliveries, market and customer visits Perks and Benefits · Executive accommodation including maid and laundry · All meals and food expenses covered by the firm · All local transport expenses · Health insurance · 30 day Annual leave with return ticket to home country
