Job Description : DIRECTOR GCC a leading international engineering and infrastructure consultancy in the Middle East with the appointment of a Senior Director to lead their Program Management Consultancy (PMC) function. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving strategy, business growth, and delivery excellence across large-scale infrastructure and capital projects. The position will play a key role in shaping and expanding PMC capabilities across the region, working closely with government entities, developers, and major stakeholders on complex, high-profile programs. Key Responsibilities ?? Lead the PMC business line, including strategy, growth, and operational performance ?? Oversee delivery of large-scale infrastructure and capital programs ?? Establish and enhance PMO and program governance frameworks ?? Drive business development and client engagement across the region ?? Manage senior multidisciplinary teams across multiple projects and geographies ?? Provide strategic oversight on portfolio performance, risk, and delivery Requirements ? 20+ years’ experience within engineering consultancy, PMC, or EPC environments ? Proven leadership experience managing major infrastructure or capital programs ? Strong background in PMO, program management, or portfolio delivery ? Experience working with government clients and large-scale developments ? Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive growth, and manage complex delivery environments ? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Master’s / MBA preferred) ? PMP or equivalent certification
