From leading NPD (New Product Development) to driving continuous improvement (Lean/5s) of the existing portfolio. You will ensure the products remain market leaders in quality, taste, and compliance. Key Qualifications: - Significant R&D experience specifically in the Snacking Category - Expertise in Food Safety, Hygiene standards, and regional import/export regulations. - Strong background in documentation, recipe management, and specification mapping. - Passion for continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
