Job Description : Head of Commercial UK Are you commercially minded, strategic, and ready to drive growth in a dynamic food business? This role as Head of Commercial and New Business will drive revenue growth through strategic origination, franchise development, partnership negotiations and commercial excellence across the group’s diversified hospitality portfolio. The role: Lead identification, evaluation and execution of new commercial opportunities, including partnerships, franchising and brand extensions Drive expansion through supermarket supply contracts and retail partnerships Collaborate with purchasing to optimise sourcing, cost control, and supplier strategy Build and drive robust commercial strategies to support expansion into new markets and channels (UK, Ireland and America) Define and implement strategic growth areas for the business Scale production to meet increasing demand across all channels
