Key Responsibilities • Lead Operations & Maintenance for sugar plant operations • Oversee maintenance of Boiler, Turbine & Mill House • Ensure plant efficiency, uptime & preventive maintenance planning • Drive safety, compliance & operational excellence • Manage plant team, breakdown handling & continuous improvement initiatives ???? Desired Profile • Strong experience in Sugar Industry (Mandatory) • Expertise in Boiler, Turbine & Mill House maintenance • Engineering qualification from National Sugar Institute (Preferred) • Proven leadership & plant operations management skills • Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability.
