Job Description : Head of Trading & Business Development | Fertiliser | UAE We are looking to onboard a seasoned commercial leader with 15+ years of experience in international Fertiliser trading, with strong exposure to the UAE/GCC markets. Key Requirements: ???? Proven track record in Business Development, Sourcing & Origination ???? Hands-on expertise in trading Fertiliser products including DAP, Sulphur, Ammonia and related commodities ???? Strong command over High Seas transactions and global trade structures ???? In-depth understanding of Trade Finance instruments – LC (Sight/Usance), SBLC, Documentary Collections ???? Experience managing bulk cargo shipments and international counterparties ???? Excellent commercial judgment, negotiation, and deal execution capability ???? Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
