Job Description : AGM – Costing (Mining / Metal / Heavy Industries) ?? ???? Location: Central Africa ???? Industry: Mining / Metal / Heavy Engineering ????????? Experience: 12 – 18 Years ???? Qualification: CA / CMA / ICWA (Preferred) ???? Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced AGM – Costing to lead cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis for large-scale mining / metal / heavy industrial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in cost optimization, plant-level finance, and operational costing. ???? Key Responsibilities: • Lead costing function for plant operations (mining / metal) • Prepare and monitor standard costing, variance analysis, and cost reports • Drive cost optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives • Analyze production cost, inventory valuation, and margins • Develop and control OPEX & CAPEX budgets • Partner with operations team for cost reduction strategies • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls • MIS reporting and financial insights for management decision-making ???? Key Requirements: ? 12+ years of experience in costing / plant finance ? Mandatory experience in Mining / Metal / Heavy Industry ? Strong knowledge of standard costing & variance analysis ? Experience in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle preferred) ? Exposure to large-scale plant operations ? Strong analytical and leadership skills ????
