Eligibility: Tanzanian Nationals Only Our client in the mining industry is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial operations, governance, and long-term financial planning at executive level. Key Responsibilities: ?? Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and budgeting for the organization ?? Oversee financial reporting, audits, compliance, and governance ?? Manage cash flow, treasury, and capital structure ?? Ensure compliance with Tanzanian tax laws, mining regulations, and financial standards ?? Oversee risk management, internal controls, and financial systems ?? Support investment planning, project financing, and business growth strategies ?? Provide financial leadership to executive management and the board Requirements: ?? Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field ?? Professional qualification (CPA(T), ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) ?? Minimum 8–10 years of senior financial management experience, preferably in the mining or extractive industry ?? Strong knowledge of Tanzanian tax, regulatory, and mining financial frameworks ?? Proven experience in strategic financial leadership and corporate governance ?? High integrity, leadership ability, and strong business acumen
