Job Description : Financial Controller – Accra, Ghana ???? An exciting opportunity to lead the finance function of a fast-growing business within a diversified group operating across Africa. ???? What you’ll do: • Lead end-to-end financial reporting • Drive budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis • Strengthen internal controls, governance & compliance frameworks • Partner with leadership on strategic planning & decision-making • Ensure effective ERP utilization and process optimization • Oversee manufacturing costing, inventory & stock controls • Manage cash flow, receivables, payables & banking relationships • Monitor profitability, margins & cost structures across operations • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors & regulatory authorities • Build and lead a high-performing finance team ???? Ideal Candidate Profile: • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10–12 years’ experience • Strong exposure to manufacturing + trading environments • ERP-savvy with strong analytical and financial modelling skills • Hands-on leader with high ownership and execution focus
